So, I messed up by putting the bearings onto the BB axle incorrectly. They are now very warped as you can see by the pic. Is it possible to replace these? If so, where? I’ve been searching, but can’t find a place.

Just get a new sealed cartridge style bottom bracket and skip getting these caged loose bearings.
A sealed BB will be much easier to maintain and will last forever.
Yes, measure the old spindle (axle that crank arms attach to) and buy a sealed bottom bracket with the same length. Commonly expressed as 68xNNN where NNN Is the length you measured. Your frame may be 73mm, so measure the width of the frame, too.
It’s entirely rebuildable. But like previously guy said, new bb with sealed bearings are better.
When bearings fall apart like that, the cups and spindle can wear abnormally, and you’ll have to replace bearing often.
You could replace the caged bearings with loose balls. 1/4 inch is the most common size for bottom brackets and you’d need 22 balls (11 per side).
That said, it will be easier, and possibly even cheaper, to buy a sealed bottom bracket.
The LBS will absolutely have a pair of these caged balls. Extremely simple to replace
