I’m not seeing any “No Parking” signs where they’re parked or on the next block.

They need to paint little bikes on it. I get the confusion without that (and think since there aren’t the federally required green bits of paint at intersections, at least as shown here), it might actually be striped for parking.

Are you sure it isn’t parking? I hate cars in the bike lane as much as the next person but I’d have to give them the benefit of the doubt here.

They need to put signs up indicating that is a bike lane. Even a bike guy like me would mistake that for a parking lane.
