Not for $125. The chain looks like it’s rusted solid, so it was probably left outside. The seat post and stem might be permanently corroded in place. Probably needs cables, housing, tires, pedals, and a new saddle at minimum, so add on another $100 at least.
If you post your location, some folks might offer suggestions of better bikes on Craigslist.
I think someone would pay $125. These bikes don’t come around very often. The frame is lugged which is dope. A new chain will cost ~$12 and it’s prob not a bad idea to replace brake/shifter cables which are also super cheap.
