Doesn’t seem outrageous compared to some things people post here.
For how many days?
I’d be concerned about:
– some twist have plastic pawls that break
– gear ratio should be appropriate for the terrain
– just one water bottle cage
– handlebar bag might not fit well
The adjustable handlebar things can be dicey. I can’t tell if the rack could handle the weight.

More like 40, if you want a 50 everyday, switch to narrower tires, check your wheel hub bearing, adjust your fit/position make it more aerodynamic, and install clips pedals.

The frame will outlive you and me. Absolutely bulletproof especially with the rigid fork.
Two things stand out as needing replacing for a real touring bike.
1) Adjustable stem. Adds weight and a moving part that gets loose after time. Every single adjustable stem develops play in it with enough riding.
2) Suspension seat post. I hate those things. They don’t really do anything to make the bike more comfortable, add another unnecessary moving part and tend to jam up.
Also, like the other poster said, that grip shift tells me the bike is equipped with low end components. You might want to swap it all out with at least a Deore groupset.
