  1. Dress in layers. Plan on getting wet. Bring a change of clothing in a bag. 

    Wool or synthetic materials will keep you warm even if they are wet. Cotton anything is a bad choice.

  2. For me, it depends on how hard it’s raining. If it’s like 30% or below and water drops aren’t hitting my eyes, then I put on my windbreaker and gloves and take off. Anything more, I’m walking with an umbrella.

    this thing keeps me pretty dry but we don’t get like, super heavy rainfall where i live (alberta)
