I’ve had an awful experience with their DX reissue pedals. I’ve had two pairs now and on both the right side jam nut will not stay tight no matter how much I adjust it and how much loctite I put on it. I’ve repacked the bearings several times and no luck. It starts as a creaking when pedaling and ends up with visible play within one ride. I need these specific pedals for a restoration but they aren’t really usable.

Preying on that nostalgia… fuck them and all those bullshit brands just putting out trash with throwback stickers…

It’s frustrating. I can honestly say the $24 Amazon pedals they’re replacing are equal if not better quality… just couldn’t stand having the no names on my ground up build.
