Looks like your derailleur hanger broke – which it’s designed to do to save the derailleur in case of impact. You can order and install a new one or take it to the bike shop and they’ll do it. Shouldn’t be a big deal.

Just needs a new gear hanger. It’s meant to break. So fix what caused caused it to break? Likely leaving the dork disk on didn’t help. Oiling the chain helps
