I’m working on a neighbors Hurley hydrous 29er e-bike, and his bearings are shot.
There’s a label that reads “6804rs” but the measurements don’t match up.
Online references say 6804rs = 20x32x7
But my bearing measures 19x31x7
Am I measuring mine wrong? Any tips?

It’s a non-standard bearing size so your local results may vary.
Searching “19 31 7 ball bearing” came up with a few local (and international) results for me.

Any reason you can’t just replace the BB as a whole?
Have you considered just getting a new bottom bracket? Chances are good that that’s your cheapest and simplest option.
