So I just bought this single speed bike. (Fuji Cape May) last week and when i was riding it to class the chain fell off. I walked it to my campus’s free bike repair center then started riding to the library when it broke again so i brought it back in they put it back on, then the chain fell off again for a third time when i was riding home. The very next day i brought it into the bike shop i bought it from and they basically told me i needed a new chain. So i got a new chain they put it on and taught me how to put it back on. So i was so happy i thought my bike was finally fixed so then i took it on a 10 mile bike ride around my college town just to get some cardio in get some groceries etc and it fell off again around mile 7. My roommate told me to bring this into the shop get a refund and just walk everywhere but I want a second opinion. Whats wrong with it?? What can i do to fix it?

Without seeing it in action it a tough to know why the chain is falling off. Is the crank loose or crooked? What about the hub. I reputable bike shop should’ve addressed those problems. Maybe get a second opinion.
