My windbreaker has gotten little black dots on it from the road. I tried soaking it in diluted degreaser but that didn’t work. Any ideas?

Shampoo and a soft toothbrush. Then wash normally.
If it’s a stubborn stain, you may need to use dishwashing liquid…and if this doesn’t work use the bike degreaser
Blue dawn. Only the blue one. Or blue dawn powerwash.
