See what they recommend and then you can use those specs to go find a more reasonably priced alternative, like a Cane Creek or something… 🙂

To me it looks like you already have a headset cups installed. Did you have the frame resprayed?
Bearing wise, go with sealed bearings. Which ones will you need, hopefully someone else can answer that question as there are a few different standards but my guess is you have zero stack cups (ZS)
That is an integrated headset. I would contact the frame manufacturer and ask what bearings you need.
