  1. I’d take it to a bike shop and have them check it over for parts and labor. Looks in good condition … BUT, there is no way from looking to see if a chain is worn and a cassette/freewheel is worn out.

    If the shop gives you the thumbs up, AND ITS THE RIGHT SIZE BIKE FOR YOU, then yeah, this is a steal.

    Note, it’s not really set up as mtb right now, more like a comfort bike. Also it looks like it may be steel, so a little heavier than an aluminum bike.

    I love these type of bikes. I like calling them “unpretentious bikes”. In spanish it sounds good, I hope translating to english does not have a negative connotation.
