I think we can all agree that mud guards are a massive downgrade for gravel bikes. I use mine for commuting to work and mud guards would be smart for rainy days. Do you have other recommendations?

Why are mudguards a massive downgrade? Aesthetically? I have them on my bike and I never noticed them. They definitely don’t have a perceptible negative impact on performance.
