Looking for a North East urban commuter (rack pannier) grocery getter, kid hauler (ridealong bike attached to trailer). Occasionally like to catch the wheel of a true roadie through the park. Thoughts on these?

Edit: will occasionally lock outside in NYC as a bar bike. ridealong bike attaches to seatpost. Currently on an 80s panasonic dx2000 with fenders rack thats a bit big for me 60 or 61cm and its not the most stable at speed loaded or empty.
