Have to return these gum walled Pirelli Cinturato as they are too tight for my comfort in the rear. Bike came with black wall and now im 50/50 on the decision. Which in your opinion matches the frame better?

Black walls for sure. I almost picked up my Topstone in a similar green and the black is way more stealth. The color I ended up with (midnight blue) pairs better with tan or gum color sidewalls. Green and black all the way.

Tan wall. The answer is always tan wall
They both look fine. They’re tires, run them and then get new ones.
I prefer black walls. The gum walls look good, though, so it’s really personal preference.
Flip a coin. If you are disappointed the result, then go with the other. If you aren’t, then stick with the result.

The green and tan goes super well together. Black tires are boring.

I always prefer black sidewall, I really don’t get the appeal for tan sidewalls. I get that tires used to look like that, but these days it’s just a color.
Black looks faster…that would be my choice.

Normally I like gum walls but those are so red they look funny. So black.

Tan looks good on your bike but I’d go black as it will match better with the components and bar tape you have.
I find that if you ride off road with tan tires, they end up looking anyway. At least here in the rainy west coast
I’m normally tan wall, but for this bike I think black. Black makes the bike look sexier.
gum, the extra color just looks nice. I do agree that black looks a little racier, but I’m definitely not a racer.
