  1. Black walls for sure. I almost picked up my Topstone in a similar green and the black is way more stealth. The color I ended up with (midnight blue) pairs better with tan or gum color sidewalls. Green and black all the way.

    Nice bike!

  2. I prefer black walls. The gum walls look good, though, so it’s really personal preference.

Flip a coin. If you are disappointed the result, then go with the other. If you aren’t, then stick with the result.

  3. I always prefer black sidewall, I really don’t get the appeal for tan sidewalls. I get that tires used to look like that, but these days it’s just a color.

Black walls for me personally but then again I like black on black when it comes to bikes

Tan looks good on your bike but I’d go black as it will match better with the components and bar tape you have.
I find that if you ride off road with tan tires, they end up looking anyway. At least here in the rainy west coast

  6. gum, the extra color just looks nice. I do agree that black looks a little racier, but I’m definitely not a racer.

I’ve yet to find a bike that doesn’t look better with gum walls. Maybe a black bike. Maybe
