I’m working on a gravel bike project and using a SRAM Rival 1×11 drivetrain. I’ve run into an issue while adjusting the rear derailleur. When I attempt to shift to the last (largest) cog, the rear derailleur doesn’t move. The front shifter clicks, but there’s no response from the derailleur. I’ve adjusted the low screw almost all the way out, but it doesn’t seem to fix the problem. Even manually pulling the cable doesn’t make a difference. Could this be a derailleur issue?
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The b-tension is unscrewed pretty far. Is the jockey wheel maybe coming into contact with the cogs and not moving?

Without the cable connected, can you move the derailleur by hand to shift into the largest cog? Is your derailleur hanger straight?

Cable not tight enough. Try pulling a few more mm in.

Low limit screw stopping further movement of the derailleur to the wheel?
Maybe not enough cable tension?

Did this setup work before? Not that the casette is to big for the derailleur. Otherwise: check mech hanger alignment and b-screw + limiting screw.

if that’s an mtb cassette on a road hub, did you put a 1.85mm spacer behind the cassette?

I’m assuming this worked at some point and you didn’t do any “work” on it recently.
Guessing from the recent-looking scratch on the derailleur that the hanger is bent.
Watch a YouTube on how to adjust rear derailleur. If that doesn’t work, watch a video on how to unbend the hanger (will require tools you don’t own yet).
