I just ordered some dominion a4 breaks (front and rear) and im wondering if the post mount adapters I currently have on the ripmo are ok for the new breaks ?
Current breaks are code srams and I got a 200 centerline rotor at the front wheel and a 180 rotor on the rear wheel (also centerline), im not sure if I should keep the same rotors or change them with hayes rotors .
If I do change the rotors I would keep the same size 200front/180rear, so do I need the post mount adapters or the ones I currently have good to go ?

The adapters should be fine, 200 on the front is plenty unless e-bike or thicc, 200 rear is your choice depending on terrain and riding style.
Not too familiar with the dominions, but you can see that the current post mount adaptors are contoured to fit the codes. Looking at the dominions, it does look like the hose-side of the caliper is more bulgey than the code, so you’ll probably need Hayes adaptors: [https://hayesbicycle.com/products/post-mount-brackets](https://hayesbicycle.com/products/post-mount-brackets)
But worth waiting for the brakes and seeing how they fit.
Rotors are probably fine.
Adapters with dominions have been hit or miss in my experience. Haven’t tried a sram adapter with them but a +20 shimano post mount wouldn’t fit with the caliper’s shape. I’d be prepared to buy adapters but you may get lucky.
As for rotors, lever feel might suffer a bit with centerline’s vs hayes’ d-series rotor because of the difference in thickness. Hayes are 1.95mm iirc whereas the centerlines (new) are 1.8mm, if at all possible measure the thickness of your rotor and if they’re worn even half thickness I’d replace.
Brakes.
You will need the adaptors from Hayes. The A4 has a very prominent piston belly compared to many other calipers on the market.
As well you are going to want to change rotors. It’s not mandatory, but having been on A4’s for 2+ on 3x bikes, I would highly recommend it.
The A4 Caliper is designed to work with the Hayes D Series 1.95mm thick rotor.
The magic of the minimal deadstroke as part of that tremendous brake system comes from that thicccboy rotor.

You do have to use their adaptors. I’ve tried using Shimano and it’s a no go.
The sram adapters don’t fit the Hayes calipers. There isn’t quite enough clearance. You can modify them to fit if you are handy and have a Dremel.
I’m not sure about the SRAM adapters but shimano adapter didn’t work. At the time Hayes and other online shops didn’t have any adapters of the size I wanted in stock so I went with north shore billet. Pricier.
