It’s a 2020 Cult Gateway. I am worried about the size, Otherwise I think it’s a good bike, I mainly want to use it for park but also want to cruise around a little bit. Maybe just get higher handlebars?

really depends on preference and if you’re flexible enough. You sure you want a high ten bike though? I don’t know about the price and quality of this specific bike but chromoly is usually the mark of a lighter, higher quality build.
Yes. It isn’t worth it. I’m 6’1 and the jump even from 21 to 21.25 was nice, more room for not smashing the stem when pivoting out of fakies was where I immediately noticed it. I’ll prob go longer on my next frame.
yes. get a 21 if u into street, and a 21.25 if you gonna do more ramp, park, dirt.
