Notice because sergeant Philip Higman and Constable Jordan Bruce reported me to the road traffic offenses and stated that I’d crossed the road on my BM on a bik and I didn’t have no back light so yeah they took it upon themselves to report me for a minor little shitty thing like that

Yeah when they had the audacity to put in privacy complaints and get my video the original video for this video taken down three times of that stop and search because the absolute corrupt bastards that’s what they are absolute corrupt Dirty Bastards so let’s get into this new one shall we

Of the road vehicles lighting registrations 1989 and section 91 of the Road Track traffic offenses Act 1988 require pedal cycle to be fitted with a rear positional lamp between the hours of sunset and sunrise due to the time of night it was certainly between sunset and sunrise I have received CCV of the

Location which shows the male I spoke to and the male I know to be my name again to be riding a pedal the pedal cycle across the road Ro at 317 45 hours therefore having viewed this footage which I exhibit as blah blah blah I believe he was used

This pedal cycle on the road without require rear position lamp fitted which is an offense I therefore reported so the grass is Jordan Bruce I therefore reported the circumstances to the road safety unit and requested they issue a conditional offer of a fixed penalty for the offense signed Jordan Bruce

Witness look at that and then it tells you the dates and then underneath them witness decoration stuff like that and then it also shows sergeant that Philip Higman is ranked number n ConEd evidence and then it states the standards of the witness are only provided following yeah so there you go

People there we have it Jordan Bruce reported me to the world traffic to the road to road traffic offense unit for crossing a road on my BMX without a backl apparently so yeah absolute Jokers absolute Whoppers and they have the audacity to remove the original video putting in privacy after privacy

Complaint so let’s see how long it takes for them to put privacy complaints in to try and remove this video the absolute wrong gun absolute corrupt bastards so from auditing lancas until next time peace and respect take it easy until the next one people
