I started commuting full time and understand chain maintenance is very important. I’m already through with wiping down and reliving but would one of these help me out a lot?
It’s good but it wastes a lot of cleaning solution. I use Muc-Off drivetrain degreaser and a grunge brush

those things used are usually pretty gnarly.
If you dont care about ze gnar, then pretty ok deal

Meh, I’ve never liked those things. A rag works well for me.

Not really necessary in my opinion. I got a similar one when starting out and haven’t used it in years. You don’t need to clean your chain like this much. Get a bunch of rags and a good chain lube. If you want to degrease, just use a regular degreaser when you’re washing your bike. The pictured park brush is a good one to use.

I have one, and like it. Used it with cheaper citrus degreaser. It’s good for me because peak season im cleaning my chain 2 to 3x a week and it saves me time. That tiny bottle it comes with does like 3 cleans.
If I could do it again I’d probably get the muc off one I think it uses less cleaner.

Sure it’s thorough, but does use up a lot of solution as previously noted. However I disagree that it’s overkill. For me, I went wax and never looked back.

Since a lot of people are mentioning how much solution it uses.. PSA you can save used degreaser and the crap will settle out to the bottom. A bottle goes a loooooot longer this way.
