UPDATE 22nd Jan 2024
In this case, the vehicle in question does not have a current keeper recorded with the DVLA.
There are no insurance details held on the database and therefore we have no way of serving the required notices on the vehicle keeper or person ‘linked’ with this vehicle.
Details of the vehicle, and the details above have been forwarded to the relevant district and the Roads Policing Group in order that the vehicle can be stopped and documents (insurance, driving licence etc) can be checked to make sure they are in order. I have placed a marker on this to have details of the driver forwarded to me.
Kind Regards,

That was pretty close. May I suggest mounting your rear camera somewhere else other than the back of your bike. It rattles way too much and makes all kinds of noises, it’s almost to the point where it’s unwatchable, due to all the noise and vibrarion. I use a GoPro clip and just attach my rear camera to the clip and clip it on my belt. It works great and there is no noise from the bike.
