Looks like it might have been crashed. From the pictures the fork has a negative rake, like it is backwards but disc brake is on the correct side so it may have been bent back in a crash. By rake I mean how the wheel sits with respect to the head tube, the part of the frame the fork comes out of. If you draw a line down from the head tube parallel to it then the wheel axel should be in front of this line. Here it looks like the axel would be behind it.
