Room everything you could possibly imagine for a family home I’m going to show you the property now let’s go and check it out So I’ve said it once and I’m going to say it again about this beautiful property that has been completed just 8 months ago this is a dream home in my dream location everybody knows I have two favorite places in the world one is Henley the second one is Cornwall and

I’m here 9 M from padto on the outskirts of wadebridge and look at this for an incredible 6,500 at home beautiful staircase but before I show you anything else I’ve got to take you into the main feature of this home and I truly don’t even know where to start

But look at this an indoor heated pool with the cover the skylighting is unbelievable you’ve got ball dos all the way around so you can open this up and the views of the countryside this is just Sensational I’ve seen the pictures from a few weeks ago of Christmas day here lots of people

Around this dining table and this kitchen is absolutely gorgeous double ovens really nice hob I love the black there’s something about this it just keeps it really cool and contemporary sonar speakers everywhere ventilation system the new LEDs that I’ve just been put in and look at this they call this the conversation

Pit it’s got the big TV on the wall the sonar soundar big sofas here and look at this I like Coral but I also like wine and look at this for a wine seller 1,500 bottles can be stored in here and I love these I’ve only seen this in one of the

Other properties I sold back in uh in Henley but this is unbelievable for me I’d never fill it with 1500 bottles I appreciate the taste of wine too much but what a gorgeous feature that is a real focal point it’s all electronic as well so you can control it from a switch

Love you’ve got the sofas that recline 90in TV on the wall and what’s really really clever just above me you have the skylight with a retractable blind and on these beautiful bfold doors which obviously I mean the view is amazing but on a day like today where the sun is

Really beating in if you want to sit down and watch TV you’ve got another blackout blind So This truly becomes a movie room before I take you to the next room I just want to leave you with that for a short second So there are four bedrooms on this floor this if you needed six in total could easily be another bedroom but I would definitely keep it that way now we’re in the principal suite and to wake up in this bed with that view every morning really really special you’ve got your own balcony here

If you need it but obviously next door you’ve got the huge balcony and I think what they originally considered was to have a huge area above the pool but what they rightly said is they didn’t want too many people upstairs so most of the entertaining is to be done downstairs

And look at this for a dressing room really really spacious lots of room for boots shoes watches scarves everything else and just to my left here we’ve got another dressing room area and this onsuite bathroom is huge double sink huge walk-in shower I love these free standing bathtubs underfloor heating beautiful beautiful

Feature about this room which I know I would have liked as a kid you’ve got the walk-in wardrobe here but this staircase leads you up into a snug area so it’ be a good place if you’re into gaming if you just want to chill out relax up there do some homework but there’s

Definitely space for a bed up there if you fancy a little cozy night and look at this for a family bathroom this is huge again big shower here freestanding tub and what you’ll actually notice is the glass behind me is tinted so from the outside it’s actually mirrored nobody can see in you

Here the sun is shining we’re here in padto the property is actually only 20 minutes away from new airport as well so you’re in close proximity to a lot of amazing things living here in Waybridge so the other amazing thing about this location padto is this side of the Ester rock is just to my left here so you can actually get the ferry over you’ve got Gordon Ramsey lives there the Mariners pub and restaurant I really really like that it is actually a

  1. £3M house but no garage for your cars, then again with with the temptation of 1500 bottles of wine, best not to have any cars. You can safely get into a taxi under the carport. The inside is nice though, love the large electronically controlled blinds but that is not really a cinema room, it's a TV room. Ideal for someone, though I don't like the surrounding area with sheds and things.
