  1. I had a bubble like that on a rear tire at the start of an imperial century. Said screw it, as it was a paid event with SAG. Made it 98 miles before the tire gave out completely.

    Looks like a new-ish tire so try to see about the warranty.

    If you desperately need to get somewhere on this, put it on your back wheel and don’t ride it super far.

    That’s an unusual and serious defect. I don’t think I’ve ever seen someone here say “send it!” on something like this

  3. I don’t see how it could happen without serious damage to the canvas of the tire. It can only get worse and it can be sudden, so I wouldn’t ride it.

  4. I’ve ridden tubeless tires where this has occurred. I popped the pimple with a safety pin and road without any issues.
