Does look off. Any pics of the track ends and how the wheel is sitting there? Also what the hell are you trying to measure in pics 2 & 3? Either I’m missing something super obvious or you are just holding that ruler all willy nilly.

I would check again using the string test or a LBS will have an alignment tool that should make quick work of it

Alignment of the seatstays doesn’t have to be perfect. But, that looks to be almost 4mm off, which is sort of annoying, so I can understand being a little disappointed.
Its hard to tell alignment from pictures though, and just something like the angle of the camera can make things difficult. Do the string test from the headtube to the trackends, and measure the alignment from the seat-tube. It should be much better there. Even measured like that, it doesn’t need to be perfect either since you have trackends instead of dropouts.

is your wheel dished correctly?

i mirrored the outline of the right seat stay and flipped it horizontally. assuming the camera angle is straight this might be helpful
Hmmm you could try emailing them to see if that’s how all of them are or if it’s damaged. They are great on communicating. I emailed them with a couple questions before buying my mash from their first batch back when and they answered all of my questions promptly.

Use a frame alignment gauge.
