I am not sure if this is a good deal or not but honestly its a steel like frame with disc brakes for under $300. My thought is that I can swap out everything else if its bad.
What are your thoughts on the [Trieste Gravel Bike?](https://giordano.bike/collections/giordano%C2%AE-gravel-bikes/products/giordano-trieste-mens)
Let me know what pops out to you, good or bad.
Also if someone is on the fence about cycling you can get them a new road bike for $160 or so.

It’s cheap! But mechanical disc brakes are apparently kinda shit.
There’s really nothing I can complain about it for $300.
In for answers. May make a good trainer bike if nothing else.

Apparently he had to swap a few things and paid regular price for it.
At that price it looks like a great deal even if you have to upgrade the brakes.
Mmmmm that’s a damn good price. I like the idea of buying it and upgrading components as you go when you discover you need to
The frames the most important part of the bike. It’s where they will have saved the money. Ideal mule for smart trainer nothing else. Swapping out upgrading- paying twice for the same thing never makes sense.
For that price it seems pretty decent. A lot of parts seem unbranded and even the shifters and derailleurs are just specified as Microshift or Shimano. For $280 with shipping included you probably won’t find much else in that price range. You can always upgrade things along the way as everything looks reasonably standard.
Incredible deal honestly.
Crank: Alloy 😐
