I changed my bike tires yesterday. Today the tire was flat because one of the bubbles shown above popped. This is the part of the tube that faces the rim. Is there something wrong with my rim?, or with the tube? Thanks!

Your rim tape is probably bad.
Get a fresh rim strip. Your LBS should have a rubber one for about $.50. Or you can upgrade to a vinyl one or some rim tape for few dollars more.
Replace the rim strip with something sturdier, if that was the problem. Don’t use those flimsy rubber strips, get a solid plastic one or cloth tape.
