I personally don’t like white saddles but you are the one who has to ride it

White saddles are like white bar tape: may look great when new, look yucky when they get a bit worn.
Colored tyres (panaracers), white bartape and saddles – all look good only when new. And they all look like trash the moment you gonna start using them
