Any ID help on this bike would be greatly appreciated as I can’t find anything about it online. Couldn’t find any info on “Mainline” and then “Sun Tour” never made bikes. It’s got a Shimano 105 group-set and apparently it’s a steel frame… Thanks in advance.

That “Sun Tour” is probably a race or organized ride the owner went on, 1979-84.
Here’s one that a search located: [https://velo.outsideonline.com/road/road-culture/the-sun-tour-australias-oldest-stage-race/](https://velo.outsideonline.com/road/road-culture/the-sun-tour-australias-oldest-stage-race/)
I don’t think the brifters existed back then, so added afterwards.
The stem and the 105 components are likely not original equipment, this looks like a 1980s frame with some mid to late 1990s parts.
The nicely finished lugs, seat stay cluster and forged dropouts point to this being a nice frame, but I’ve never heard of the brand, although when googled “mainline Australia bicycles” it looks like they still operate, so you might contact them with these pictures for further info.
