Some serious work but we always start with strength so by the time we get to the weight weight vest it feels really easy heavy lunges then we do really really heavy chin-ups we’re going to try to break 100 lb today and then from there we just start doing sets of 10 and
All the whole goal is just to blow out the muscles mentally and physically and honestly some of the most high performing dudes I know I’m really lucky to have them here usually people don’t like waking up this early usually people don’t like working this hard now I got a
