Another Porsche driver who thinks he is above the law.
Even if the engine is off with the stop/start system, youâre still driving!
Even if you turn the engine off and apply the handbrake, if youâre in live traffic, youâre still driving.
IF youâre in stopped traffic on the motorway, and youâre clearly not moving for a while, itâs still technically driving, but the âpublic interestâ isnt there for a prosecution, but still apply the handbrake & turn the engine off to use that hand held device in those circumstance. Caveat; DO NOT GET OUT TO LOOK AHEAD! It makes no difference whether you can see whats happening or not, youâre still waiting. And in your car, you aint getting hit by a filtering motorbike.
