I set out from the tallest point of Hungary to ride my Azub recumbent bike to the northernmost point of the continental Europe. This is the Prague-Rostock section. I am posting videos of the trip every week so if you don’t want to miss out any of my videos, subscribe my channel!

  1. Great video and a belated welcome to Scandinavia!

Did you manage to find studded tires that fit your bike? They're most common on 26" and 27" wheels and your bike doesn't look that tall!

I ride a HPVelotechnik Grasshopper which in many ways is similar to your bike. But finding winter tires for 20" wheels is too much hassle for my taste so I rarely do any winter riding on it.

I'll be following your progress through Norway with great interest and feel free to drop me a PM when you're getting close to Stockholm and I'll feed you some pizza.

  2. ….what a fab bikes these recumbants are !! So cozy for long rides, no back pain, no neck pain ( with head rest). Only 2 issues are there !! One is that there are no good looking designs for the recumbants and another draw back is one may feel drowsy sometimes cos of this couch like seat and a cozy riding position.😊😊…and yes !! These must have a suspension atleast at the rear wheel .
