6 Months ago I did my first Triathlon at Ironman 70.3 Nice In 6 hours and 59 minutes, I then raced Ironman 70.3 Porec three months later and finished in 4 hours and 59 minutes, I’m now very much hooked on triathlon and putting everything into training and documenting the process on Instagram & Youtube.
My main goal is to qualify for the world champs and keep improving and learning about myself in each race while still enjoying the process.
I’m currently serving in the Royal Air Force based out In Cyprus which is an Ideal location for training and creating content.

Worst things I’ve ever done honestly I looked at it 20 minutes and I thought that was the test turns out there’s another 20 minutes of hard work to do so fully Died keep going keep going push push push push I was not expecting it to be as hard as it was that was probably one of the most disgusting feelings I’ve ever felt in my life after finishing that oh God I feel like I’m going to pass out

To do in prep for going home and then uh I got swim after work as well so this is the only time I can really do it so I’ve got the lights on and that going to wrap upz it’s probably going to be quite cold I don’t function in the morning at all
So can barely speak we’re out not sure how much you can actually see of me but sky is looking cool as you can see it’s pretty Orange it’s getting a bit brighter now at the sky this morning though I don’t know if you can properly see that but it’s pink took my jacket
Off cuz push 200 WS but I can’t get past 26 km per hour it’s getting much lighter now it’s very nice Luc is on his day off today so I guess you haven’t seen much from him finished work not going to lie this is the uh state of the room hits will
Generally pack away set up the Turbo get into our turbo workout today which is a hard workout like a time try workout then we’re off out with Louis 5K best effort oh can’t wait get a new turbo when I go back at Christmas sure I’m going to get probably something second
Hand off first with Marketplace the hard work out for sure four more efforts and then we’re done and then Thursday was your 5K best effort was it harder than the FTP no I think cuz I I struggle a lot with cycling the lower parts of my quads
Really hurt when I cycle where is running I mean I do I did start to come off a bit near the end but there’s no way I felt like I did after FTP that FTP was horrible but yeah the f f and also like I’ve done a lot more running than C
So we’re aiming for what today what do you reckon just just to beat it just to beat it really I’ll be happy with it three two one go don’t go too fast got the timer run down here yeah he’s doing class to be fair
Going to put me shoes on so I canly run last couple of laps with them if he needs me come on come on that’s big push it’ll just be around the corner here quality good effort anyway we’re going to go out go to the mall go do some bits what have
You just eaten Jack chicken seesar salad and some granola and yogurt for post workout meal sh that’s his like eighth Pizza I hate liar nutrition is a massive key part of my uh what’s the word schedule routine yeah going back now packing flying tomorrow 6:00 a.m. flying in approximately about 9 hours still
Haven’t packed room’s still a mess H I’m going to P now I’m just tired just really Tired clothes shoes helmet cycling stuffs like Electronics Mac all in this just finished packing just about fit everything in the two bags might see you in the morning probably half a sleep honestly takes me about a good 2 hours to wake up when I’m working up at like 6
So when I’m working up at 3 going be a good like 6 or 7 hours to wake Up back home now quick 45 minute run un package from infinite nutrition as well very nice and it’s going to be a cold run compared to S may be a bit overdone a bit of food before the Run Crump bits I haven’t even eaten today by UK time I
Just set off this morning at like 1:00 it’s 3:00 Cypress time but we’re 2 hours ahead in Cyprus so don’t know what I’m running off slept a bit on the button remember what else about a bag of crisp I think at like 4:00 in the morning get these downers going a quick run
Jesus now they BL over quick pit stop from Cake done about 50 minutes bananas hot chocolate and a cake then the 10 minutes run home oh D here got a 2hour ride with Ken today some decent breakfast it’s nice actually having a fridge of food not like when I’m Camp look at that

Price got a hot chocolate some cake hour the last 15 miles of the ride let say it’s a bit windy I don’t know if you can hear us about 10 miles left wind’s been much worse on the way back than it was on the way out oh that’s the ride
Finished have some food recover for an hour and we’ve got our key run of the week an hour and a half Tempo session so let’s get that done before we go out for a curry it’s busy around Christmas time it’s pretty cool bit windy but getting it done it’s the end of another
Day Saturday been out for a curry went to the pub had like one cider first hour drun alcohol in quite a while two or 3 months I guess pill a performance before we go to bed then we’re running at4 to 9 in the morning on a trail another busy day tomorrow it’s Christmas
Eve good morning it’s Sunday off 7 Christmas Eve Bings out might have some of that for breakfast or a bun is that bad it’s Christmas hour and 15 to an hour 30 trailer run with our M that should be good and off to the pub family’s going
