I assume th internal tube is the housing guide on the frame? If so, I would try running cable hoisin backwards through it and seeing if you can get it to pop out back the way it came, you could also try just a standard derailleur cable, and use the head of it to try and pull it out instead of pushing with housing. I personally have not had to solve this one though. Good luck 👍
