It’s some sort of cap that covers that screw just above the shifters/brakes. The bike is a trek Edmonda and the components are Tiagra (shown in the last picture from the right side). Can’t find it anywhere online.

What’s the brifter’s part number? It’ll be stamped somewhere under the rubber hood.
It’s an ST-4703 brifter if that helps narrow down the search.

Here’s an [exploded view (EV)](https://si.shimano.com/en/pdfs/ev/ST-4703-L-3923/EV-ST-4703-L-3923.pdf) with the info you’re looking for assuming it was accuratly identified as a ST-4703 (that’ll be stamped on the shifter under the rubber hoods).

I JUST 3D printed a couple of these for my Ultegra 6510’s today. We’ll see how they play out.
