



For the people that commented on the other post yesterday, I contacted Daniel Hanart, a frame builder, and he asked for 130 € for the horizontal dropout swap.
(To do or Not to do, this is the qestion)
My project was and is to transform this frame into a 1980 pursuit one, something similar to the Rossin that I put in photo here⬆️⬆️
So I also asked for a fork modification to make my fork like bike in the last photo (a Daniel Hanart work), and he asked for 250€.
Seems legit to me what do you think.
Also I have a 56 t plateau, I feel really comfortable riding 52/16 so I was thinking to change it to 56/16

If it’s your passion project and he’s a reputable builder, you should do it! It seems like a pretty rad setup. Maybe wait on the fork for now, though. That’s a pretty major change to riding position.
