I’ve recently picked up cycling over the winter and have been rocking the trainer so far. I can’t help but notice the front tire is off slightly. Although not an issue indoors, I’m wondering if this is an issue outdoors and if I should look at getting it fixed?

It might not be 100% in line with the stem.
That’s very easy to fix, loosen the top cap, stem bolts and adjust it.
Take it out, turn it around, and see if it’s off line on the left.
this what my most aligned stem looks like
Sure it’s not the stem that’s off-center?
That would happen if you were aligning the fork with an off center stem.
The wheel really cannot be at an angle unless it’s out of true which you would see on rotation. What exactly makes you think it’s the wheel angled oddly in the forks rather than just a poor job of straightening the stem?
Is that a through axle with a quick release? Only outside possibility I can imagine is that the QR could be pushing the axle out of alignment. Do you have a regular axle you could put in to check?
Turn your stem approx 45 degrees and then you can use the slit in the back and the two screws on the front as a sort of gun sight to align the tyre.
Is the fork damaged? Is the wheel seated completely in the fork ends?
Otherwise the stem is crooked.
Dude if the bars are straight but the wheel is off center then the stem is not aligned. Align the stem with the wheel.
Appreciate everyone’s input! Very easy fix as you guys suggested! Simply had my stem offline with my forks and that’s why I saw the tire offline. Beginning a journey into cycling so thanks for barring with me lol
Just a tip when trying to align, you can use your phone camera n enable the 4×4 grid.
the center line can help you assist when you align the stem top cap screw, bike top tube n tire 👌
Uhhh. Yeah.
It’s impossible to tell from a photo
Even if it’s off slightly you won’t have any issues riding. Your brain will adapt without you knowing
So unscrew it and fix it
Either way, if you correct it, it will then look too far the other way. I go back and forth a half dozen times before I tell myself it’s close enough and walk away. Then you forget about it until you have to set it again after a maintenance.
Loosen the stem bolts, move the stem so it is aligned with the wheel and retighten bolts to torque specification. Problem solved.
