Firstly thanks a bunch to the people who helped with information to get rear wheel on. It’s not true I know lols. But is it okay for my axle to be exposed like that should I get a spacer?
NO
With the axle bare like that there is no way for your wheel to be secured properly. The pressure from the QR flexes the frame but it has nowhere to rest on. Either you will end up deforming the frame until it rests on the hub, or the only force holding the wheel is the springiness of the frame.
