I use a ski helmet with incorporated sliding visor. Nice for low light, just slide it up.

Added benefit is ski helmets are warm, no fussing around with beanies or ear protectors with a normal bike helmet.
I think i bought my Oakley goggles about a decade back for 30 bucks and they still do their job. Are there better ones? I don’t know and i don’t care either, they work. Whichever you get, make sure you buy an extra lense or two, just in case.
