Hello there!
So for a few weeks now, I’ve been noticing this weird clicky noise. Usually comes when I am putting out high torque up a gradient. Turbo is set to simulate the gradient 1-to-1, its a Wahoo Kickr v5 (but I don’t think its the culprit for the sound).
The noise seems to be coming from the crank side of things, on the downstroke of the right crank arm maybe?

High tourqe. My guess your front mech is touching the chain
OP are you on the largest chainring on the front and the largest in the back?
Looks like two things might be happening. It’s difficult to see given the one camera angle and quality but I’ll take a crack at it.
-Something might be flexing under high torque and is causing rear derailleur misalignment on the rear largest sprocket due to possible adjustments that may not be quite perfect.
-Your front derailleur looks like it’s touching the chain due to either bad limit screw adjustment or simply the trim is still engaged. Try downshifting again on the front derailleur to see if it moves inboard a bit more.
If you can provide more camera angles it would probably help us out a bit more. Hope this helps!
That sounds like pedal bearings to me. OP have you another set of pedals to try?
I kinda sounds like your heel is hitting the chain stay as you pedal. It matches the timing of the clicks.
Your feet a very duck footed and pointed outwards. If that’s what is comfortable, you may need to get pedals with longer spindles (or new longer spindles for those pedals) to get your heels away from the chain stay.
I would guess it’s something like a seatpost/saddle rail or even stem/handlebars clicking.
In the your video the “click” noise happens either when your right foot (left in the video) is on the back half the crank rotation or when your foot is on the first half of the crank rotation (around 3 o’clock). To me that would indicate is not something in the drivetrain nor is it your foot coming into contact with anything. Granted as u/BEANIOT pointed out, from the dead-on angle, it’s a little hard to tell.
I also noticed that the noise timing matches the movement of the flywheel (wahoo logo moving from 2-4 o’clock), and while difficult to tell it does look like there’s maybe a part of the belt that darker or has a band across it? Inspect your flywheel and belt too.
I just feel like being kicked in face watching this video ..I would go with pedal noise
Cannot test under torque, I am alone, but by spinning the flywheel up, it does not produce any weird noises as far as I can tell
