      I remember watching the first video a long time ago but to be honest with you I didn’t know there was a £20 coin but fair play to you for standing your ground because it is legal tender

      Sod it ill bite as im pissing away a saturday morning at work .

      Moron seeking content tries to pay with a £20 coin brandishing a shield of the words ` legal tender `.
      Reality is the man doesnt understand the meaning of the word legal tender and how contractual law works . He can profer a coin , a slip of paper or a goat for all the difference it makes … it is upto both parties to agree on the end form of payment .
      This moron however states he contacted head office who agreed to take payment failing to understand this means nothing if he has no proof of this and certainly its meaningless if the garage is a franchise . The garage also has every right to change its mind and rescind any 3rd party assumptions .

      So cops are rightly called and hes being a moron some more refusing to give details .
      The cops act very well considering giving him 20 minutes to stop being a moron however hes got his shield and a camera plus a youtube channel to find content for sooooooooo
      The cops given his piss poor attitude can quite rightly consider hes not prepared to fore fill the obligation of payment given the coins rejected so nick him prematurely .
      Theres the civil consideration of its a contract between 2 parties and hes going out his way to avoid this , if he doesnt hand over details to the garage then it becomes theft and a criminal case ……. so it would be fair to arrest the moron for this .

      However the police didnt establish that there was full intent to not pay given there isnt a time frame set and he could have come back later to offer a different payment and therefore thought a criminal act happened or was happening . They arrested on the assumption he was to make off and this became a false arrest as they cant show his future intent . Because of this the moron managed to file for false arrest and get a payout ….. of OUR tax money .

      They should have waited until he drove off or paid .

      So pat him on the arse brown nosing knowing this moron has cost you all money , well done . Lets encourage others aye ………….

      If you went to court,you would have got enormous amounts of media coverage.
      Auditors are always telling us to hold the police accountable,why didn't you,or was it for the pay out.

      Police are so incompetent and corrupt. Police scotland had me on bail conditions for 3yrs with a bogus charge backed by coached witness statements following a narrative that after 3yrs fighting the police and the cps and main stream media false reported and printing police lies naming me publicly i then dropped evidence in court the police didn't know existed and the case collapsed on the spot and humiliated these idiots and not only did i get no apologies from anyone involved bit the police then admitted that i was accused based on the assumptions of the investigations experts and on reviewing my own evidence admitted that they made a mistake and i was completely innocent and should never have been accused yet not one witness that put in a false statement coached by the corrupt officers faced action for lying on an official statement i have now been cleared for over 6 months and still have never even been told that im no longer on bail😂. Absolutely embarrassing and yes im in the process of suing the police who are now like rats on a sinking ship and accusing eachother to save their own skin in the ongoing investigations against them.

      You created this issue deliberately, you chose to use a coin that would cause confusion, you could easily have given you name but hey they wouldn't create your moment of fame on youtube, you took £4000 from the public purse, and then you took the proverbial by taking Poundland 'gifts' to the police station……………WELL DONE! I hope one day someone comes and gives you the same crap at your place of work. Sad.
