After checking if my new Trek fuel exe had any token in the rear shock I cant close it. I removed all the air and cycled it once or twice before removing the housing. Now its stuck in the bottom position and I cant close it using all my force.

Its quite easy to press down on the rear suspension but I can only get it to this position, that doesn’t allow me to screw it back on. Rockshox deluxe select +

Time to return to the store for guidance. I would recommend stopping atm. This is best completed with the shock removed from frame.

Did you remove the air can entirely from the shock during your check?
If not, you’re struggling to overcome the remaining air pressure in your negative air chamber (which increases in pressure and resistance the closer you get the air can to the threads), despite cycling it once or twice during the shock’s depressurization. You can relieve this pressure by pulling off the air can (get the bottom of the outer air can past the bottom of the inner stantion), and then reinstalling it. The negative air chamber will have a lower charge with just atmosphere (although not zero), and you should be able to install the air can back into its threads without having to Hulk it on.
Going forward, release pressure in several small amounts and cycle the shock far enough into its travel to reach the positive/negative pressure equalizing port each time. I do about five pressure releases when servicing my own RS Deluxes precisely because I did the exact same thing you did here the first time!
If any of this sounds like too much for you, head over to your LBS and they’ll likely help you out for free. This isn’t even five minutes of work once you know what to do.
