So I was hearing some chain run so I decided to adjust the limit screw. However, I tighten the L screw too much that it got stuck (metal plate not 100% align so it won’t unscrew any further) and I had to tighten it a lot more so it come out from the back. Now I screw the screw in back from the front, looks like it messed things up even further

In addition to the Shimano tech documents, here are some other resources that I found useful when working on my R7000 front derailleur:
[Cycling Obsession – Modern Shimano Front Derailleur Adjustment Guide](https://cycling-obsession.com/modern-shimano-front-derailleur-adjustment-guide)
[Cycling Obsession – Installation Guide for Shimano Front Derailleurs](https://cycling-obsession.com/installation-guide-for-shimano-front-derailleur)
The second document includes some instructions for how to “reset” a derailleur that has already been installed on a bike, which puts one in a better position to start going through the set-up procedure.
