Received my new canyon bike today. I’m not sure if the Bike is to Big. I Ordered size xl like canyon is suggesting for me.
My size: 1,91m with 0,90 m leg size.

Nope, looks good.
However, we’re just guessing since you don’t even have shoes on. A photo in your actual bike kit is a lot more informative.

It looks reasonable. Are you leaning against the wall? That tends to put you in unnatural positions that make it hard to judge fit. Maybe you are a little far back on the saddle, but hard tell.

Looks like you’re well within range to adjust/change things to have a nice fit. I concur with putting in your kit.

Can you put your foot on the floor from the right height seat?

I feel like you’re a bit long on it but a bike fit might fix it. Like 10-20 too long a stem.
Ways to help others see if a bike fits you.
Wear the shoes you will ride in.
Wear riding clothes and not jeans.
Take one shot with the pedals level and one shot with them straight up and down
Include your neck/ head angle but blur your face
Otherwise look up videos on easy self fitting there are plenty
