On my other bike I’m able to unscrew this bit by hand whereas here it seems to be very tight and stuck. I’m trying to service the dropper and even tried to use the pliers shown in the photo – with care ofc and protecting the soft aluminium of the dropper. However, i reached a point where the whole seatpost would rotate inside the frame. I guess I could use a vice but then it’s also scary to squeeze the dropper to firm and bend it.
