Plenty of hike-a-bike today but WOW! Colombia is such an amazing cycling country. So, my plan was to head for Ecuador but that seems like it’s out of the question. I need to decide another country to start the next leg of my trip (within SA)

Yeah, shame about Ecuador…
Brazil (only been to the South) has the nicest people. Bolivia has great scenery. Nothing spectacular about Paraguay, but I do have fond memories.
