I see that the top clamps “floats” on both sides and not getting even pressure when clamping. The saddle creaks when i sit on it and pedal. Will putting some carbon paste help with the creaking? Is this dangerous? I tried looking for an adapter online but couldn’t find any for my seatpost and I can’t afford a new seat or seatpost as of the moment

If the clamp was not made for the rails, then it’s dangerous. Carbon is extremely reliant on you using the correct fasteners and clamps and the correct torque. If you don’t you can suffer an unexpected catastrophic failure with zero warning.
What do you mean by “floats” exactly?
How much torque did you use on the clamp bolts?
You need a new seatpost chief. Ideally before your current one becomes “integrated”.
If the post hardware is clamping from top and bottom (like yours) than it is compatible with round and oval rails. If it’s clamping from the sides you’d need different top hardware or a whole new post. I believe there are exceptions with some oddly shaped rails but yours looks good.
Edit: I’d recommend pulling the all the hardware off, clean it, grease the bolt threads, and put it back together. Saddles and seatposts can and do creak if they are dirty.
Oval rails are fine in a clamp that clamp vertically, like the one you have. It’s the few seatposts that clamp sideways that are a problem.
