Rest [Applause] Ball rest [Applause] Ball so morning all we are out and you may notice we’re on the drift yes I am not impressed right so loads and loads of videos done this week I went out and got absolutely soaked riding the lxr covered in water and my chin mount for my GoPro got
A little bit wet front of the helmet got wet we’re doing a test ride yesterday halfway through me test ride my GoPro came off my chin luckily I have a security strap on the front of the helmet and the GoPro is hanging around my neck one I’m doing 40 mph not
Impressed with chin mounts now obviously spoke to pey last night and he went oh yeah sugu when it gets wet tends to go a little bit so do the three M pads so we’re back to the drift and you’ll probably get a lot better audio the drift always had the
Better audio but obviously it’s side mounted on my crash it come on ler so you’re getting a different view but we’re out today down to the sausage and we are meeting up with boo uh probably rhythmic red and all the crew and pey is coming down from wampton
Depending on the weather it’s looking bloody horrible out there and we’re going across to Northampton for the chil Willie ride it’s going to be a Chilly Willy way cuz it’s freezing and no but it’s the support the Northampton air ambulance so a little bit of a charity run 400
Bikes and have a little bit of fun so until I get the super sausage and relocate the cameras now I have got the insta with me we’re going to probably put the insta up here on the screen for the time being and bang all the road gear onto my
Insta because I’m finding it easier to do stuff off the insta than I am off the GoPro at the moment not enjoying uh using that GoPro at the moment it’s dumped about fre audio files and it was ever since I did the GoPro update on it now mine’s a hero 10
So it’s not the issues that you get with the 12 and everything but not impressed with GoPro either now so I may be shifting cameras I’m going to be using the inster anyway but back to the good old trusty drift now my drift has been thrown down the road four
Times it’s been on helmets when I’ve come off the bike and it still keeps working all right the battery life not all that but it’s a reliable camera compared to the GoPro and it never loses its footage I’ve never had an audio issue or a file loss with the
Drift so we’ll try it we’ll see what happens we’re going to run to sausage I will catch you all in a few when we’re there and we’re going to probably relocate the uh the GoPro down onto one of the mirrors for today and use the insta but we will catch you in a

Road anyway cuz we ain’t got the GoPro got the drift up beside of me nody nod so nice easy run to Northampton which is about 12 mil away to the cafe Waterside Cafe and then down on the Chilly Willy run I’ve got blue lights behind me that is Boo he’s got
His blue LEDs up the front and I’ve got slow bones and BMW Gus black back there as well pey isn’t coming because it is chucking it down of snow up in the North and the weather’s not looking good here it is freezing and uh I’ve only got one bar
End heater one uh bar grip working because my right hand grip has broken the electrics not breaking the wires oh no so forget the heated grips today so we’ll have a little run and we’re going to go down this way we’re going to go down to the bottom turn left up through Northampton
Junction 50 then down to brat Mills and then once we get there the Chilly Willy ride will commence sitter in overdrive gear save some fuel the one good thing about it is that I’ve got my Philip Island bike gear on and I am toasty I’ve only got a

I've always used Sugru, seems the most solid option, even in the wet. That said, I use a LOT of it as I'm scared of losing cameras haha. I also avoid GoPro's – had waaaaay too many issues with them in the past!

Fun day! Thanks for the ride RB. I have lost 2 gopros and all its things attached, due to the 3m tape mount pealing off the at the base of the mount. But I have never had a problem with the gopro. I am using Black 7s. So that is a bit more reliable then what I have heard from 8 on. I own 5 of them now so I hope to be fine with cameras for a while.

I'm on a budget so use gpPro hero 4 silver. I seem to have lost the mic connector on two. But it does have its own mic still working. I use a zoom H1n external and sync it.
I'm a bit hit and miss about my feelings toward insta footage. You've definitely got the best approach I've seen.

Love the video rev, just ordered one of them 3w k4 laser engravers you got, I believe you can spray matt paint on metal then engrave into that opens up more possibilities for metal badges and plaques.
