Is the Jeffsy MK3 core 5 worth it?

I been eyeballing the YT Jeffsy core 5. I like the fox factory suspension because that’s what I am familiar with.
I prefer shimano over sram for drivetrain but I can compromise there.

It’s just that the price seems too steep. But it is high time I upgrade.

I mostly do XC and trails with some chunk. Looking to ride the whole enchilada in the near future as well.
