I’ve got a chopped down Nitto CowCow that I like, but alternately you could just get a stem with more rise in it

As for taller bars, my friends like to run either Nitto B260 Risers or Cinelli Pepper Risers. Alternatively, you can also run a stem with a steeper angle with your current bars.

Not sure how tall you want but maybe Wald 803 is what you’re looking for
duuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuug on
These all have 3-5 inches of rise. They have 22.2mm or 25.4mm clamp diameter:
– Pride Street Profit
– Stillpour Tarck
– Fairdale MX
– NITTO Hi-Bar is 7 inches (I think Bluelug has a Hi-Hi-Bar too)
– Surly Sunrise
– Velo Orange Klunker
– Gusset Wharf
– Gusset 3″ OPEN PRISON 750 BARS
– Gusset MXR BMX CRUISER BARS

You can go even higher with actual BMX bars. Just get shims to make the 22.2mm clamp work with your stem. [Spank Spoon](https://spank-ind.com/collections/handlebars/products/spoon-bar?variant=8111838658674) is an MTB bar that can be got with 2.4 inches of rise with 31.8mm clamp
